To all Keller Williams Associates Mega Camp is the ultimate adventure!  Every August, 5,000-7,000 Keller Williams Agents, Owners, Operating Principles and Team Leaders, and don’t forget the Mega Agent Recruits, make a pilgrimage to Austin, Texas.  Why do they travel to such a hot place during what is usually the hottest month of the year.  To “Light the Fire Within”!  Gary Keller is onstage to remind everyone what it takes to succeed at a high level, to move from entreprenurial to purposeful, and to do what we do best, lead generate. As a new Team Leader, who has been around the block a few times, and prides herself on being worldly…I was blown away!  I don’t know what got my attention more; the artist on stage, the musicians, the expert panels, Gary Keller himself or just the overall heart pumping enthusiasm.  To express all of my feelings or all of the information I had to process would take more than just this one blog entry.
